Who? Volunteer Committee
What? Vice Chair
Where? Predominantly works from home, occasionally at school or businesses
When? 1-2 hours/week
Why? To connect, support, and coordinate community members with volunteer opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supports the Chair in the effort to coordinate volunteer recruitment for upcoming events and open committee positions. You may be asked to take on some of the following tasks.
- Monitor the Volunteer Request form
- Monitor the Volunteer Interest form
- Monitor/respond to Volunteer Committee email
- Connect interested community members with appropriate committee chair or event coordinator
- Create online volunteer sign ups for events
