Admission to Monocacy Valley Montessori Public Charter School (MVMPCS) is determined from the results of a lottery held annually in March. There is no opportunity to enroll in either of our schools outside of the lottery process. FCPS charter regulations (Policy 440) and Maryland state law (SB 595) govern the lottery and acceptance process.
Lottery results for the 2024-2025 school year were announced on April 8.

The lottery application process for the 2024-2025 school year reopened on April 8. All new applicants will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist for their priority status and grade level.
Parents are strongly encouraged to tour the schools prior to completing an application for the lottery. Reach out to join a school tour at MVMPCS (via communityoutreach@mvmpcs.org).
