This sub-committee of Community Outreach is responsible for scheduling our monthly community coffee events, reserving space at the school or a local coffee shop, making sure that our Communications Committee sends out invitations, and hosting the event. When the meetings are held at MVM, this team also arrives early to make the coffee and sets up the room, and ensures that everything is cleaned up and put away after the event. These meetings usually take place on Friday mornings, but the team is welcome to introduce new ideas and add variety to the plans.
