Inspections:

The final fire inspection passed and we received our move-in letter! We need sign-off from the health department which is scheduled for Tuesday.

Work performed in the last two weeks:

  • The punch list tasks are in process and many are already complete.
  • New bathroom signage was installed.
  • The window tint was installed on the first floor.
  • Rocks in the playground area were moved to make room for the fence installation.

Exterior:

The new fence installation will be finished this weekend. The fence will encircle our future green space. This space already boasts multiple tree-shaded grassy areas. Work on the site improvement plan for phase 3 and construction permits for phase 2 continues.

First Level:

All the flooring for the first floor has been installed. Touch-ups are being completed to finish the space. The receptionist desk’s granite has been installed and looks great!

Second Level:

Installation of flooring is complete. Cabinetry and sink installation is planned for phase two.  All walls and doors that separate student areas from the phase two construction areas are up.

Third Level:

Flooring, painting, and ceiling installation are complete. Work on the science labs continues and will be completed as part of phase 2. All walls and doors that separate student areas from the phase two construction areas are up.

Ongoing Work:

  • Punch List for touch-ups
  • Final inspections as areas are finished
  • Cleaning is in progress as areas are finished
